The service

Axion lets you generate videos and images with artificial intelligence models provided by third parties, and share these creations with the community.

Credits and purchases

Each generation uses credits, and the cost is shown before you confirm. Credits come from a monthly or yearly subscription, or from packs bought on the App Store. A generation that fails is refunded automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your Apple account settings. Credits have no monetary value and are neither refundable nor transferable, except where required by law.

Prohibited content

Zero tolerance for abusive content. You may not generate, upload or publish: sexual content involving minors, non-consensual nudity or sexual content, deepfakes of a real person without their consent, harassment, hate, real violence, illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others (image rights, copyright, trademarks). You must hold the rights to the images and videos you upload.

Moderation

Every post can be reported, and every author blocked, from the options menu. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours: infringing content is removed and its author may be banned from the service without refund.

Your creations

You keep the rights to your creations, within the limits of the model providers’ terms. By publishing to the community, you allow other users to see your creation and to reuse its prompt and references to make their own.

Liability

AI-generated results may be inaccurate or unexpected. The service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee its permanent availability or that of every model.

License agreement

The app is also subject to Apple’s standard license agreement (EULA) for licensed apps.
